MEET THE FOUNDER

YOGA BEYOND THE POSES

Chicago native, Jessica Merritt moved to Charleston in 2018 to live by the beach and start a holistic health and wellness business. She attended Robert Morris University to play college ice hockey and study heath sciences. She continued on to earn a certificate in health and wellness coaching and is a certified yoga teacher. Her passion in health and wellness stems from growing up an athlete while her passion for healing orchestrated at a very young age. Facing death, after getting hit by a car at just 10 years old she was inspired to search for her life purpose.

Jessica shares her own struggles and journey to health and healing through her business. She believes that we each hold the power to self-heal. "The mind, body, & soul will heal itself when the right environment is created." MindBody Health & Healing is about creating that space.

Health & Wellness Coaching

FIND YOUR POWER

Integrating 1:1 yoga and wellness coaching is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Yoga creates harmony and balance which prepares participants for setting wellness goals to improve health.
